​We Need a Manager!

The My Home Life Essex Community Association is the charity behind the FaNs programme and we would like to appoint a Care Home Manager to our Board as a Trustee.

The Board meets monthly and we hope that its members can make at least 10 meetings per year, although we know that managing a care home is a relentless and unpredictable task, so we understand that might sometimes be difficult. What we really need is the contribution you can make and the advice you can give from your perspective as a Manager. Any other input would be a bonus. By law, we can’t pay our trustees, but all out of pocket expenses will be met.

We are a small, informal and friendly group, working on the basis of mutual respect and trust, and we love what we do. Working with FaNs is a really positive experience and the movement is at an exciting stage in its development as we build our partnership with the national My Home Life team in order to extend it beyond the boundaries of Essex.
