Success at ECC Who Will Care Awards 2019
We were very proud for our very own Tony Lee of Team FaNs to be nominated and shortlisted in not one but TWO categories at the Essex CC Who Will Care Awards 2019 - Innovation and Social Media. The excitement mounted when one of our WWL volunteer Wish Collectors, Suzy Pugh from Suzie's Gift and Tea Shop, was also shortlisted in an category close to our hearts - the Business that has made a positive impact on the community.
On the Awards night, we were just pipped at the post in the innovation category, as was Suzy in her category, BUT Tony collected the Social Media Award - a fitting tribute to the many hours he has spent creating and supporting our fansnetwork online community!
