Thank You For The Music
The superb soprano, Nancy May kindly entertained residents at Springfields Care Home in Copford on July 6th. Residents were joined by their families and their Grand-friends from Cheeky Childminding along with residents from Loganberry Lodge.
The concert was a wonderful opportunity for residents to reminisce with songs from their past, and they loved the opportunity to sing along and enjoy Nancy's powerful, yet angelic voice. Singing a mixture of show tunes, opera and some more modern Disney songs which delighted the children, everyone enjoyed the outdoor concert, accompanied by the resident peacock! Refreshments were served by our hosts at Springfield Care Home, while the residents enjoyed the concert in the beautiful gardens.
I haven’t heard John sing or interact like this in 6 months
