You are probably aware by now of both the CQC inspection and the Local authority inspection at Southminster. CQC have rated the home good in all 5 key areas and the local authority have rated the home good and 2 outstandings within the report. I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for all your help you have given the home through the FAN's project and the impact it has had on the home. As I was present for each inspection it became very clear the importance the Fans project and involvement had impacted on the home in getting the rating we received. I am aware that the overall rating was not due just to the Fans involvement but it was made extremely clear during the de-brief by both inspectors the importance it made. Once again thank you Tony for support and may it continue for years to come.
